Thanks to our clients who have faith in our capabilities and efficiency, Kriti Buildwell won businesses in the commercial segment as well. With an in-house provision for facilitating structural, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, interior work for office IT needs, and all sorts of civil requirements, our team was prepared to take charge of commercial projects.
Construction:
One of our accomplishments is a project in Gurgaon spread over an area of about 16,000 sq ft. With two and a half storeys, the project was constructed for commercial purposes. The entire project, right from designing and finishing details, was managed by an able professional team of our company and delivered within a tight time line of 300 days.
Interiors:
Kriti Buildwell is proud of the MNC office designed by its team at ‘Signature Tower’ in Gurgaon. Spread over about 5,000 sq. ft., the office was fully designed and furnished, keeping in mind the overall aesthetic appeal. Another corporate office of over 16,000 sq feet at Faridabad was completed in 5 months. These include all necessary civil work, carpentry, IT and electrical wiring, air-conditioning system with fitting and ducting, appropriate colors and look for the tiles, walls, and cabins, security systems, fire-safety, and emergency provisions, etc. In addition to that, the cabin spaces for senior executive s and work stations for other staff members were designed in consideration to the client’s requirements, while providing for ergonomics and aesthetics in every way possible.
Residential
We have handled everything right from civil structure to internal finishing for most of our residential projects. Our team is involved in every kind of work, from layout to structural design, from designing interiors and all aspects of civil work. We also team up with the best of architects to ensure projects are executed as per the client’s requirements and preferences.
Construction:
Construction of several residential buildings with an area ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 sq. ft. across premium localities of South Delhi (like Vasant Vihar, Jangpura, New Friends Colony, Green Park, Panchsheel Park), Gurgaon and other localities in Delhi NCR region.
Interior Designing:
Interior designing and civil work completed several residential buildings in Delhi and NCR. The work involved necessary civil work, replacement of flooring and tiles, electrical fittings & fixtures, planning and implementing the design and furnishing of interiors.
We have also customized furniture to create a synergy with the interior design in order to meet our client’s requirements.
One of our recent projects is a 15,000 sq. ft residential building in South Delhi, which involved planning construction with a team of architects, right from conceptualizing to implementation of civil and structural design and interiors. The project included four residential floors, complete with basement and stilt parking. Each floor was provided a lift and the flats were equipped with latest modern equipment like modular kitchen, water-softener plant, air-conditioners, and other equipments for comfortable living.
