‘Kriti’ means ‘creation’ in Hindi and it was our founder, Mr. Ravinder Dayal’s concept to float a company that ‘creates something unique and builds well’. Thus he floated ‘Kriti Buildwell’ along with his wife in 2004 to undertake Civil Construction and Interior Designing for commercial and residential buildings.
Our company takes on projects on a turnkey basis. We have worked on several projects of Civil and Interiors for residential as well as commercial buildings for our clients. Having worked on diverse assignments, our company has grown to include some corporate clients as well.
The achievements of Kriti Buildwell are not counted only with the number of projects undertaken, but also on the quality of our output, which ensures high level of client-satisfaction and keeps relationships with our associates at the forefront. In fact, a lot of our businesses have been acquired on the basis of the testimony of our satisfied clients.

After passing out of IIT Delhi, Mr. Ravinder Dayal started out by building projects for an NGO and dedicated several years of his career for the institution. His selfless attitude and hard work won many a heart at the NGO. Having earned tremendous amount of goodwill and with a rich experience of over 30 years, Mr. Dayal established ‘Kriti Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.’ along with his wife.
It was Mr. Dayal’s dream to float a company that would offer specialized services for Civil Construction and Interior Designing, with complete transparency and flexibility for his clients. With Kriti Buildwell, he fulfilled this dream. Having accomplished over 20 projects, including commercial and residential buildings, Kriti Buildwell has accumulated a rich experience with success stories of projects across Delhi and NCR.

Our company’s philosophy is synonymous to our perception of the Crane flower, also known as the ‘Birds of Paradise’ flower.
This beautiful and exotic flower stands tall at a height of four feet with the support of its stem, which like our company provides a strong foundation for a life to grow on it. The unique shape of this flower resembles the pose of a bird in motion, flying upwards. Just like that, our company too strives to scale new heights. The beautiful placement of the petals of this flower, some of which fan out vertically, makes it look like a bird’s wings spread out.
