
Mr. Dayal dedicated several years of his career to an NGO, building institutional structures for their cause. A 150-bed hospital spread over approximately 40,000 sq. ft in Karnal, Haryana was built and completed under his supervision.
Alongside the hospital, residences of doctors and other staff members spread over approximately 30,000 sq. ft were also built under his guidance. He also worked on an institutional and residential building of about 5,000 sq. ft for the NGO. Two more hospitals, one spread across about 10,000 sq. ft at Dalhousie (Himachal Pradesh) and another of about 6,000 sq. ft in Gajnoi (Himachal Pradesh), were brought up with his expertise.
Today, the NGO operates from an office of 8,000 sq. ft in Delhi built by Mr. Dayal, who is held in high regard for his commitment and dedication towards the work he initiated and accomplished for the NGO. His honesty and integrity have earned him a very special place in the hearts of all those who work there.

Arpana Hospital was set up to fill this need in 1980 and for thirty years it has been a sanctuary for many who would otherwise have had no recourse to relief from illness.
Patients come from over 1000 villages, knowing that here they will find very good health facilities and medical care as well as qualified doctors and staff who treat them with dignity and care.
